1. Adjustment of the parallelism of the guide rails in the mold closing section. Use a precision level to perform longitudinal horizontal coarse adjustment on two quenched guide rails (adjustable lifting pad iron to position the bubble of the level in the middle), and use a parallel ruler to cross the two guide rails. Place the level on the parallel ruler to perform horizontal horizontal coarse adjustment, as shown in Figure 7-1. For large and medium-sized combination injection molding machines, also use a level to adjust the parallelism of the injection guide rails, install the positioning pin connecting the mold clamping device and the injection device, and tighten its connecting bolts and nuts.
2. Inspection and adjustment of the levelness of the dynamic template guide column. Use a precision level to make longitudinal and transverse horizontal adjustments on the guide column. Place the level horizontally first, then vertically, and repeat the measurement and adjustment until it meets the requirements. When measuring horizontally, a parallel ruler spanning two guide columns is also required. Allowable tolerance: Horizontal ≤ 0.16MM/M; Vertical ≤ 0.24MM/m.
3. Inspection and adjustment of parallelism between templates. The parallelism between the moving template and the template reference plane for manufacturing hernia has been adjusted at the factory and is generally stable. However, due to transportation and installation reasons, this parameter may change. Therefore, it needs to be checked and calibrated after installation, and the calibration of this parameter should be carried out by professionals.
4. Adjustment of coaxiality between the nozzle and the center hole of the mold positioning. The adjustment of the coaxiality between the nozzle and the mold positioning center should be carried out after the horizontal and vertical adjustments of the template and the body are completed. The adjustment method is as follows.
1) Loosen the fastening screws connecting the front and rear brackets of the injection seat guide rod to the body; Loosen the locking nuts on the horizontal adjustment bolts on both sides of the front bracket of the injection seat guide rod.
2) Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.05mm or more to measure L1, L2, L3, and L4 horizontally and vertically along the diameter. During measurement, pay attention to adjusting the horizontal adjustment bolt to make L1=L2; Adjust the up and down adjustment screws to make L3=L4. The measurement error value shall not exceed 1/2 of the coaxiality given in the table below.
3) When adjusting the coaxiality between the nozzle and the mold positioning center hole, distortion may occur due to changes in the injection seat guide rod, causing displacement of the gap between the screw and the barrel and resulting in wear. Therefore, while adjusting the coaxiality between the nozzle and the mold positioning center hole, it is also necessary to measure and adjust the level of the injection seat guide rod (with a tolerance value ≤ 0.05/M); use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the screw tail and the barrel.
